Chicken Liver Pilaf

  1. melt 3 tablespoons butter
  2. saute onion and garlic
  3. dash a little allspice and cinnamon on liver let marinade
  4. add rest of spices to onion add chili
  5. let sweat
  6. wash rice drain
  7. add to onion
  8. stir so all gets coated
  9. add salt and pepper
  10. add water bring to a boil.
  11. cover
  12. simmer 15 minutes
  13. in saute pan add butter then liver brown them remove.
  14. then saute peas and spinach add to rice when wilted
  15. saute pine nuts
  16. add to rice add herbs and cover for 5 minutes
  17. plate top with liver.

rice, water, chicken, butter, onion, garlic, red chili pepper, allspice, cinnamon, salt, pepper, peas, baby spinach, green onions, cilantro, parsley, nuts
