Crispy Popcorn Chicken with Honey Mustard

  1. Okay, its truly this easy ...
  2. Popcorn Chicken:
  3. Heat oil in skillet over medium high or if using a deep fryer, heat it to 375 degrees.
  4. Mix flour and spices (vary spices up to your liking, although I do suggest keeping the paprika and salt!)
  5. Dip chicken in milk and then in the flour to coat.
  6. Letting the chicken soak in the milk will produce even better results, but its certainly not a requirement!
  7. Throw your battered chicken in to the deep fryer for about 5 minutes, or cook in a skillet for about 2 minutes on each side.
  8. Take out, add some more salt, and gobble gobble!
  9. OH WAIT, dont eat it yet!!
  10. You forgot to make the honey mustard!
  11. Honey Mustard:
  12. Add honey, mustard, and mayo to a bowl and adjust to your liking.
  13. I usually like equal parts of honey and mustard, and about twice as much mayo, but this is up to you!
  14. Its almost TOO easy to even list!
