Layered Cornbread Meatloaf
- Meat Loaf
- 1-3/4 qt. prepared STOVE TOP Cornbread Flavored Stuffing Mix, divided
- ground pork
- ground beef (80/20)
- 4 each eggs
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup carrots, finely chopped
- 1-1/2 cups scallions, finely chopped
- 2/3 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- Sauce
- 2 cups A.1. Thick & Hearty Steak Sauce
- 2 cups KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- Meatloaf: Mix 3 cups stuffing (or 1-1/2 cups stuffing for trial recipe) with remaining ingredients.
- Press 10 oz.
- meat mixture onto bottom of each of 4 (9x5-inch) loaf pans (or onto bottom of each of 2 loaf pans for trial recipe); top each with 1/2 cup of the remaining stuffing.
- Repeat layers.
- Cover ingredients in each pan with 10 oz.
- of the remaining meat mixture.
- Bake in 350 degrees F standard oven 40 to 45 min.
- or until done (165 degrees F).
- Cut each loaf into 8 (1-inch thick) slices to serve.
- Sauce: Cook ingredients in saucepan on low heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- For each serving: Spoon 2 Tbsp.
- Sauce into ramekin.
- Serve with 1 meatloaf slice.
