Breakfast Eggs Recipe
- 20 slices sandwich bread
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese
- 1/4 pound butter
- 12 Large eggs
- 4 c. lowfat milk
- Cooked bacon, ham or possibly sausage (optional)
- Trim crust and pull apart sandwich bread.
- Place pcs of bread in a 9"x13" casserole dish.
- Heat 1 lb.
- Velveeta cheese and 1/4 lb.
- butter.
- Pour over bread pcs.
- Beat 12 Large eggs.
- Add in 4 c. of lowfat milk.
- Pour over cheese mix.
- Chill overnight.
- Add in cooked meat and then bake at 300 degrees for 2 hrs.
- Cover with foil if top starts browning too fast.
