Breakfast Eggs Recipe

  1. Trim crust and pull apart sandwich bread.
  2. Place pcs of bread in a 9"x13" casserole dish.
  3. Heat 1 lb.
  4. Velveeta cheese and 1/4 lb.
  5. butter.
  6. Pour over bread pcs.
  7. Beat 12 Large eggs.
  8. Add in 4 c. of lowfat milk.
  9. Pour over cheese mix.
  10. Chill overnight.
  11. Add in cooked meat and then bake at 300 degrees for 2 hrs.
  12. Cover with foil if top starts browning too fast.
