Ground Pork and Hijiki Seaweed Chinese-style Mixed Rice
- 10 grams Hijiki seaweed
- 150 grams Ground pork
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Weipa or Chinese flavoring
- 2 bowls Cooked rice
- 1 as much (to taste) Edamame (if available)
- Soak the hijiki seaweed in plenty of water for about 15-20 minutes.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan, and fry the ground pork together with the ingredients from Step 1.
- Add the ingredients marked with after the ground pork has changed color, and cook until the juices have mostly evaporated.
- Add edamame and the ingredients from Step 2 into the rice and mix together.
