Ground Pork and Hijiki Seaweed Chinese-style Mixed Rice

  1. Soak the hijiki seaweed in plenty of water for about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a pan, and fry the ground pork together with the ingredients from Step 1.
  3. Add the ingredients marked with after the ground pork has changed color, and cook until the juices have mostly evaporated.
  4. Add edamame and the ingredients from Step 2 into the rice and mix together.
