Buffalo Wings With Blue Cheese Dip Recipe

  1. Cut off and throw away wing tips.
  2. Cut each wing into 2 sections.
  3. Rinse chicken; pat dry.
  4. Place chicken on the unheated rack of a broiler pan.
  5. Broil 4-5 inches from the heat about 10 min or possibly till chicken is browned, turning once.
  6. Transfer chicken to 3 1/2- or possibly 4-qt crockery cooker.
  7. Combine chili sauce and warm pepper sauce; pour over chicken wings.
  8. Cover; cook on Low heat setting for 4-5 hrs or possibly on High heat for 2 to 2 1/2 hrs.
  9. Serve chicken wings with Blue Cheese Dip or possibly ranch salad dressing.
