St. Patrick's Day Cool Lime Pretzel Squares

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix first 3 ingredients until blended; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish.
  3. Bake 10 min.
  4. ; cool.
  5. Bring 1 cup water to boil.
  6. Add to gelatin mixes; stir 2 min.
  7. until completely dissolved.
  8. Stir in remaining water; set aside.
  9. Blend sweetened condensed milk and sour cream in blender until smooth.
  10. Add gelatin mixture; blend well.
  11. Pour over crust.
  12. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  13. Serve topped with COOL WHIP.
