St. Patrick's Day Cool Lime Pretzel Squares
- 2 cups finely crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups water, divided
- 2 pkg. (0.3 oz. each) JELL-O Lime Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
- 1 can (14 oz.) low-fat sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
- 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix first 3 ingredients until blended; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish.
- Bake 10 min.
- ; cool.
- Bring 1 cup water to boil.
- Add to gelatin mixes; stir 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Stir in remaining water; set aside.
- Blend sweetened condensed milk and sour cream in blender until smooth.
- Add gelatin mixture; blend well.
- Pour over crust.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
- Serve topped with COOL WHIP.
