Braunsweiger Ball Recipe

• 1 1/2 pound braunsweiger
• 1 med. deviled ham
• 1 lg. cream cheese
• 1 finely minced onion
• 2 drops Tabasco sauce
• Dash garlic pwdr
• Olives
• 3 tbsp. mayonnaise

1. Blend all ingredients using only 3/4 of the cream cheese and 2 Tbsp.
2. of mayonnaise.
3. Use the remaining 1/4 of the cream cheese and 1 Tbsp.
4. of mayonnaise to make a topping to spread on the ball and cover it completely.
5. Decorate it with olives and chill.
