Chicken And Sausage Recipe

  1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper; set aside.
  2. Cover chicken with flour; shake off excess.
  3. Use heavy skillet or possibly casserole over medium high heat; heat oil and add in chicken pcs.
  4. Cook, turning often, till brown on all sides (8 min).
  5. Add in sausage and stir to blend.
  6. continue cooking 4 min.
  7. Pour fat from skillet; add in garlic, green onion, peppers, thyme, and stir.
  8. Continue cooking 2 min and add in tomatoes, wine and broth.
  9. Cover; bring to boil and simmer for 20 min.
  10. Uncover and cook down 5 min.
  11. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
