Baked Mostaccioli

  1. Cook noodles, drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, combine meat, pepper, onion and garlic and cook until meat is done.
  3. Drain and add all remaining ingredients except egg and cheeses.
  4. Bring meat sauce to a boil and reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 -25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Combine eggs and cheeses.
  6. To assemble, stir pasta into meat sauce.
  7. Place 1/2 in a 1 quart buttered baking dish and spread cheese mixture evenly over top. Top with remaining pasta and bake at 350 degrees for 30 -35 minutes.
