Porcupine balls
- 2 lb ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 2 cup rice(add more if mixture is too moist)
- 1 packages 3 oz real bacon bits
- 1 large can of tomato sauce
- 1 large container of tomato juice
- Mix meat, eggs, rice, and seasonings in a mixing bowl
- Stir together tomato juice and sauce in crock pot.
- Roll meat mixture into balls
- Place in sauce
- Turn crock pot on high (4 hours) or low (6-8hours)
- Serve with mashed potatoes
