Dumpling In Thai Chili Broth
- 2 cup cooked leftover chicken meat
- 1 dice onion
- 1/2 tbsp mince ginger
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 egg yolk
- 10 wan ton skin
- 1 slice cooked steam dry chinese sausage or preserved sausage
- 1 tbsp julienne ginger
- 1/2 tbsp mince garlic
- 1 smash and fine dice lemongrass
- 800 ml stock
- 1/2 cup each coriander and spring onion
- 3 tbsp thai sweet chili
- 1 egg white
- 3 tbsp dice onion
- STEAM CHINESE SAUSAGE
- dice up 1 chinese sausage and steam for 20 minute
- MAKE DUMPLING
- mix all ingredient then filling up dumpling and seal top with wet finger
- steam dumpling for 15 minute to hold its shape then set aside
- MAKE SWEET THAI CHILI BROTH
- in pan with oil brown ginger and garlic with lemongrass and onion then add stock
- add cooked dumpling then add thai sweet chili sauce bring to a boil then add coriander leaf and spring onion
- add egg white and stir gently 2 circle only then off heat
- serve hot
