April In Paris

• Ice
• 2 1/2 ounces pear vodka
• 1/2 ounce pastis
• 1/2 ounce Mandarine Napoleon or Grand Marnier
• 1 orange twist

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the vodka, pastis and Mandarine Napoleon and shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the orange twist.
