Jicama Salad

  1. Mix the dressing first so you can toss the jicama in it after chopping (this will prevent the jicama from oxidizing ...turning brown like an apple does when cut).
  2. Chop all veggies and mix well in dressing.
  3. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving for best flavor.
  4. Allowing the citrus marinade to infuse into the salad.
