Easy Pan-Fried Chikuwa with Mayonnaise and Grated Cheese
- 1 Chikuwa
- 3 cm worth Mayonnaise
- 1 Grated cheese
- 2 Toothpicks
- Slice the chikuwa lengthwise into fourths.
- Roll them up and secure with a toothpick.
- Do the same with the others.
- You can make 2 toothpicks worth with a single chikuwa.
- Squeeze out a few centimeters of mayonnaise into an unheated pan.
- Dab onto both sides of the chikuwa.
- Sprinkle grated cheese onto both sides as well.
- Turn the heat on, and pan-fry both sides.
- Voila Also good to pack in bentos.

- Either way is fine.
