Easy Crisp Cucumber Salad
- 4 large cucumbers
- 8 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Black Pepper
- 1/3 cup Kraft Greek with Feta and Oregano Dressing
- 1/3 cup pitted Kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- Slice 1 of the cucumbers into long thin ribbons using a vegetable peeler; set aside.
- Peel remaining cucumbers; cut into 1-inch cubes.
- Toss with remaining ingredients.
- Place mixture in centre of serving platter.
- Arrange reserved cucumber ribbons around edge of platter.
