Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter
- 1 cup All Natural Peanut Butter
- 1 Tablespoon All Natural Peanut Butter
- 3 Tablespoons Hershey's Dark Cocoa Powder
- 1 dash Salt
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Stevia In The Raw (Can Substitute 1 Tablespoon Powdered Sugar)
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Stir very well until smooth.
- Store in a jar with a lid.
- Will keep in the refrigerator for weeks.
- Note: regular peanut butter can be used but reduce the sugar, as regular peanut butter already contains sugar.
- Serving ideas: Spread on sliced apples or bananas.
- Stir into warm oatmeal.
- Use as a pancake topping.
