Homemade Mayonnaise

  1. Whir up first 3 ingredients in a food processor until just combined.
  2. Slowly pour the oil in a small stream while the processor is on.
  3. This is very important!
  4. Don't rush.
  5. When you've added all the oil, the mayo will have a thick consistency.
  6. Pop it in a container in the fridge and use as needed.
