Stir-fry Shrimp, Vegetables with Noodles
- 2 x noodles
- 1.5 pkg (3 oz) shrimp
- 1/2 cup celery sliced
- 1/2 cups sweet red bell peppers sliced
- 4 cups bok choy chopped
- 2 cups mushrooms sliced
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic minced
- 2 stick black pepper
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- Cook Noodles according to instructions.
- Set Noddles aside
- Heat Canola oil in a large frying pan.
- Set on medium-high heat.
- Add Garlic.
- Stir Garlic frequently until Garlic is browned.
- Add shrimp.
- Saute approx 3 minutes until cooked through.
- Add Celery, red bell pepper, bok choy and mushrooms.
- Saute approx.
- 2 minutes.
- Add Sea salt to taste.
- Stir in Noodles.
- Mix thoroughly for one minutes.
- Turn off heat.
- Sprinkle Cilantro on top.
- Add black pepper to taste.
- Squeeze Lime all over.
