Stir-fry Shrimp, Vegetables with Noodles

  1. Cook Noodles according to instructions.
  2. Set Noddles aside
  3. Heat Canola oil in a large frying pan.
  4. Set on medium-high heat.
  5. Add Garlic.
  6. Stir Garlic frequently until Garlic is browned.
  7. Add shrimp.
  8. Saute approx 3 minutes until cooked through.
  9. Add Celery, red bell pepper, bok choy and mushrooms.
  10. Saute approx.
  11. 2 minutes.
  12. Add Sea salt to taste.
  13. Stir in Noodles.
  14. Mix thoroughly for one minutes.
  15. Turn off heat.
  16. Sprinkle Cilantro on top.
  17. Add black pepper to taste.
  18. Squeeze Lime all over.
