Honey Cornbread Chicken

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with no-stick cooking spray.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Stir together honey and butter in small bowl.
  5. Spoon 3 tablespoons butter mixture into shallow bowl.
  6. Set aside remaining 2 tablespoons butter mixture.
  7. Combine cornbread stuffing and seasoned salt in another shallow bowl.
  8. Dip chicken pieces in butter mixture; roll in stuffing mixture to coat.
  9. Place chicken into prepared baking dish; drizzle with reserved butter mixture.
  10. Bake 50-60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165F.
  11. and juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
