Wholegrain Muffin

  1. Combine milk and bran cereal in medium sized bowl.
  2. Add egg, oil, molasses and brown sugar, mix well.
  3. Add combined remaining ingredients, mixing just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  4. Fill 12 greased or paper-lined muffin cups 23 full.
  5. Bake in preheated hot oven about 15 minutes.
