Cream Puff Dessert Recipe
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. flour
- 4 Large eggs
- 3 Packages instant vanilla pudding
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 8 or possibly 9 ounce. Cold Whip
- 1/4 c. chocolate syrup
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Bring butter and water to boil.
- Remove from heat, add in flour; beat well till mix forms a smooth ball that leaves the pan clean.
- Put it immediately into a mixing bowl.
- Beat in one egg at a time.
- Beat till thick and glossy and dough will break from spoon.
- Pat in lightly greased 10"x15" pan.
- Bake 35 min.
- After removing from oven, lightly press puff down with spatula; cold.
- Mix pudding and lowfat milk.
- Whip cream cheese with 1/4 c. lowfat milk and mix with pudding and lowfat milk.
- Spread over cooled crust.
- Put Cold Whip over pudding.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup over top.
