Cream Puff Dessert Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Bring butter and water to boil.
  3. Remove from heat, add in flour; beat well till mix forms a smooth ball that leaves the pan clean.
  4. Put it immediately into a mixing bowl.
  5. Beat in one egg at a time.
  6. Beat till thick and glossy and dough will break from spoon.
  7. Pat in lightly greased 10"x15" pan.
  8. Bake 35 min.
  9. After removing from oven, lightly press puff down with spatula; cold.
  10. Mix pudding and lowfat milk.
  11. Whip cream cheese with 1/4 c. lowfat milk and mix with pudding and lowfat milk.
  12. Spread over cooled crust.
  13. Put Cold Whip over pudding.
  14. Drizzle chocolate syrup over top.
