Good Corn Bread Recipe

• 1 c. cornmeal
• 1 c. flour
• 1 teaspoon soda
• 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 2 tbsp. sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 c. buttermilk
• 3/4 c. sweet lowfat milk

1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2. The batter will be thin.
3. Bake in 400 degree oven till done.
