Maple Walnut Fudge

  1. Line 13 x 9-inch pan with aluminum foil, extending foil over edges.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt in heavy-duty saucepan.
  4. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil.
  5. Boil, stirring constantly, 4-5 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Stir in marshmallows, nuts, white baking chips and maple flavoring.
  8. Stir 1 minute or until marshmallows are melted.
  9. Pour into prepared baking pan.
  10. Place nut halves in rows on top of fudge, spacing about 1/2 inch apart.
  11. Press nuts into fudge.
  12. Cover; refrigerate until firm.
  13. Lift fudge out of pan using foil ends.
  14. Remove foil; cut into squares.
