Tandoori Chicken
- 4 cloves garlic
- 14 cup oil
- 1 -2 teaspoon curry
- 12 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 lemon, juice of
- 2 chicken breasts
- Combine garlic, oil, curry, yogurt, salt, and lemon.
- Marinate chicken breasts overnight.
- Grill or broil.
