Barbecue Pork Chops Recipe
- 8 loin pork chops, 1 inch thick
- 2/3 c. water
- Salt and pepper
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 2 tbsp. minced onion
- 3 tbsp. prepared mustard
- Place chops in baking dish and mix remaining ingredients.
- Pour half of mix over chops.
- After chops have baked 45 min, turn over and pour remaining half of mix over chops.
- Bake 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees.
