Baked Taco Sandwiches

  1. Cook and drain ground beef.
  2. Add taco seasoning and water as directed on seasoning package.
  3. Simmer about 5 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, mix Bisquik and cold water.
  5. Pat into greased 8x8 pan.
  6. Top with cooked meat mixture.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees about 25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the crust comes out clean.
  8. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  9. Return to oven to melt, about 5 minutes.
  10. Serve with your choice of taco toppings.
