Marinated Tuna Rice Bowl

  1. Put the sake and mirin in a small pot and bring to a boil over low heat to evaporate the alcohol.
  2. Let cool, then add the soy sauce to finish the marinade.
  3. Marinade the tuna in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
  4. Top the rice with shredded nori.
  5. Top that with shirasu.
  6. Top with the tuna.
  7. Top with shiso, white sesame seeds, and green onions to finish.
