Marinated Tuna Rice Bowl
- 1 Fresh sashimi grade tuna (as desired)
- 1 Boiled shirasu (as desired)
- 1 Shredded nori seaweed (to taste)
- 1 Shiso leaves (as needed)
- 1 White sesame seeds (to taste)
- 1 Green onions (to taste)
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sake
- Put the sake and mirin in a small pot and bring to a boil over low heat to evaporate the alcohol.
- Let cool, then add the soy sauce to finish the marinade.
- Marinade the tuna in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
- Top the rice with shredded nori.
- Top that with shirasu.
- Top with the tuna.
- Top with shiso, white sesame seeds, and green onions to finish.
