Taco Tartletts Recipe

  1. To prepare tart chip filling, mix all ingredients together in bowl; set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl mix beef, taco seasoning, and ice water with hands.
  3. Press into bottom and sides of 1 1/2-inch miniature muffin c., forming a shell.
  4. Place a spoonful of filling into each shell, mounding slightly.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 7-8 min.
  7. With tip of a knife, remove tarts from pan.
  8. Serve immediately or possibly cold and freeze.
  9. Makes about 30.
