Hot Corn Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl, mix together cheeses, chipotle, jalapeno, mayo, garlic powder, and corn.
  3. Reserve remaining ingredients.
  4. Spread into a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden, melted, and bubbly around edges.
  6. Sprinkle tomatoes, cilantro, and green onions on top of hot dip.
  7. Serve promptly with corn chips.
