Whole Wheat Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 13 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 23 cups whole wheat flour
- 14 cup baking cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 58 cup butter, softened
- 34 cup granulated sugar
- 34 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a small bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
- In a large bowl cream butter, sugar and brown sugar until light.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually add flour mixture until combined.
- Stir in chips.
- Use a small incream scoop to dish out equal tablespoon size balls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
