Chicken Piquant Recipe
- Chicken pcs, skins left on
- 1/2 c. rose or possibly dry red wine
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- Place chicken pcs in baking dish and brown in 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour.
- Pour off excess fat.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken pcs.
- Cook another 30-45 min till done, basting every 15 min.
