Strawberry Rhapsody Jam

  1. Preheat mason jars and Snap lids.
  2. Combine strawberries and raspberries and fruit pectin in a large deep stainless steel saucepan.
  3. Whisk in fruit pectin.
  4. If using sweetener, measure Splenda or sugar and set aside.
  5. Stirring constantly, bring fruit mixture to a boil over high heat.
  6. If using, add sweetener or sugar, and return mixture to a boil, stirring frequently.
  7. Boil 3 minutes.
  8. Remove form heat.
  9. Skim foam.
  10. Ladle into hot jars.
