Grilled Rueben Sandwich

  1. Layer bread, 2 slices of pastrami, 1 slice of swiss cheese, desired amount of sauerkraut, and approximately 1 tablespoon Russian dressing on each sandwich.
  2. Butter the outsides of the sandwich well and grill on a stove top over medium heat.
  3. Turn when brown and remove once cheese is melted.
  4. You really cant mess it up!
