Dill & Parsley Dressing/Dip (Vegan)

  1. Combine silken tofu, lemon juice, seasonings (and oil) in a food processor.
  2. Blend till smooth.
  3. Adjust consistency with water.
  4. Taste, add more seasoning/lemon juice, if you like.
  5. Stir in dill and parsley.
  6. Cover and refrigerate at least 30-60 minutes.
  7. Stir before serving.
