Chocolate Peanut Frosting

  1. COMBINE the PHILLY, peanut butter and sugar and stir until smooth.
  2. Gently fold through the melted chocolate.
  3. Use as required.
  4. NB DO NOT beat or over mix.
  5. HANDY TIP: Only grate off the outer rind which contains the citrus oils.
  6. Avoid grating into the white or pith which will add a bitter flavour.
