JELL-O Jadoo Kheer

  1. Add boiling water to jelly powder in bowl; stir 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Pour into 8-inch square dish.
  4. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  5. Meanwhile, bring milk and sugar to boil in saucepan, stirring occasionally; simmer on medium heat 5 min.
  6. or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
  7. Cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally.
  8. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  9. Stir cardamom into milk mixture.
  10. Cut jelly into 1-inch squares; stir into milk mixture with fruit just before serving.
