Pork-Cashew Stir-Fry

  1. Heat dressing in wok or large skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add meat; stir-fry 5 min.
  3. or until done.
  4. Remove to bowl.
  5. Add vegetables to wok; stir-fry 1 min.
  6. Add broth; cover.
  7. Cook 3 to 5 min.
  8. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  9. Meanwhile, mix soy sauce and corn starch.
  10. Return meat to wok.
  11. Stir in soy sauce mixture; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
  12. or until thickened.
  13. Spoon over rice; top with nuts.
