Lemon Zest Ricotta Creme

• 1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
• 1/4 tsp. grated lemon zest
• 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 pkg. sugar substitute

1. Mix together ricotta, lemon zest, vanilla extract and sugar substitute in serving bowl, and refrigerate.
2. Serve chilled.
