Chicken Recipe
- 4 boned and skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (Campbell's)
- 1 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise (Hellmann's)
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt, pepper and Accent.
- Brown in oil for 3-4 min each side.
- Drain on paper towel.
- Combine soup, curry pwdr, lemon juice, and mayonnaise to make a sauce.
- Place chicken breast in casserole (low sides).
- Add in sauce over chicken.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar on the top.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min.
- Serve on cooked rice or possibly cooked broccoli.
- I use minute rice or possibly steamed broccoli.
