Salmon Steak Bake

  1. Heat oven to 475 F. Place frozen salmon steaks in buttered baking dish, 12x8x2 inches.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; brush with melted butter.
  3. Bake uncovered 15 minutes.
  4. While steaks are baking, heat wine, onion and lemon juice to boiling in 1 1/2-quart saucepan; reduce heat.
  5. Simmer uncovered 5 minutes.
  6. Stir water into cornstarch; stir into wine sauce.
  7. Heat to boiling.
  8. Boil and stir 1 minute.
  9. Stir in grapes.
  10. Spoon sauce over salmon.
  11. Bake uncovered 5 minutes.
