Chicken and Lemon-Broccoli Alfredo

  2. Season chick with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. In large skillet, cook chicken and mushrooms in hot oil over medium heat for 4 min, turning chicken once.

  5. Meanwhile, shred 2 tsp lemon peel, set aside.
  6. Slice lemon.
  7. Add broccoli and lemon slices to skillet.
  8. Cook, covered, for 8 minute or until chicken is no longer pink (170F).

  10. Place chicken and vegetables on plates.
  11. Add alfredo sauce, lemon peel and 1/8 teaspoons pepper to skillet; heat through.
  12. Serve sauce over chicken.
