Coconut Whipped Cream - Sugar Free

• 34 cup whipping cream
• 12 tablespoon Equal sugar substitute
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 14 cup shredded coconut

1. Combine all ingredients in a chilled bowl.
2. Whip cream until thick but still glossy.
3. (Do not overbeat).
4. Serve on top of any flavor sugar free jello!
