Tapenade and Goat Cheese Water Crackers

  1. Combine olives, anchovy fillets, capers and garlic in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Add the olive oil and lemon juice slowly to blend.
  3. Season with pepper.
  4. Serve on crackers with a slice of goat's cheese.
