Vegetable Packed Chinese-Style Ramen Noodle Salad
- 1 hank Chinese noodles
- 3 leaves Lettuce
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1/2 sausage Fish sausages
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Mizuna greens
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp Soy aauce to finish
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Ground sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- Cut the mizuna to 3-4 lengths, quarter the tomato, then thinly slice the cucumbers and fish sausage.
- Prepare the Chinese dressing
- Boil the noodles to al dente, and cut into bite-size pieces.
- Cut the lettuce into strips, and toss everything with the dressing.
- Serve immediately to prevent the noodles from becoming soggy.
