Welsh Pasties
- 2 lb groundbeef
- 3 medium potatoes sliced
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 boxes frozed piecrust
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 dusting of garlic
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix all of the above ingredients (except the pie crust) in Large bowl.
- Lightly spray cookie sheets with Pam spray and place one crust on each sheet.
- Place half of the meat/potatoe mixture on each crust.
- Top with remaining crusts and fold over edges.
- Add a few slits for steam to escape.
- Cook for 30-45 minutes depending on your oven making sure inside is done!
