Raisin Bran Cereal Muffins

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in large bowl.
  2. Mix cereal and milk in another bowl; let stand 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in egg, brown sugar and oil.
  4. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened.
  5. (Batter will be lumpy.)
  6. Spoon batter into greased or paper-lined muffin pan, filling each cup 3/4 full.
  7. Bake at 400F for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm.
