Adult Chocolate Brownies Recipe
- 4 ounce Unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 c. Butter, room temperature
- 11/4 c. Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 4 lrg Large eggs, room temperature
- 2/3 c. Sifted all-purpose flour
- 11/4 c. Walnut pcs
- Preheat oven to 325*F. Greade a 9x9-in.metal baking pan lightly or possibly line with parchament paper.
- Heat chocolate in double boiler, over simmering but not boiling water.
- Cold to room temperature.
- Cream butter till fluffy.
- Add in sugar in thirds continuing to beat the mix till light and fluffy.
- Add in thr Large eggs, 1 at a time beating each in well.
- Fold in melted chocolate.
- Mix in flour by hand.
- Don't overmix.
- Mix in the nuts if using them.
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 22 to 25 min.
- If you are using a glass bking dish bake 17 to 20 min.
- Till top is dry and a toothpick in center comes out clean.
- Cold completely in pan before cutting.
