Mustard Mashed Sweet Potatoes

• 1-1/4 lb. sweet potatoes (about 4 medium potatoes), baked, peeled
• 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Savory Honey Mustard
• 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
• 1/4 tsp. ground ginger

1. Place hot potatoes in large bowl.
2. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy.
3. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
