Marise's Lasagna
- 2 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 can Meat sauce
- 2 packages Shreaded mix Cheese
- 1 Riccotta Chese
- 1 Salt
- 1 Pepper
- 1 Mojo marinade
- 1 box Ready boiled barsilla lasagna noodles
- For about 2hrs before season the ground turkey with the mojo, salt, and pepper.
- (if time does not permit you do not need to marinate for two hours.
- Toss the ground turkey in pot and bring to a boil.
- (occassionaly stir and pound ground turkey for a thorough cook)
- After 20 mins add meat sauce.
- (turn heat to low and cook for 10 mins)
- As turkey is cooking in meat sauce, lay lasagna noodles on oven pan.
- Spread cottage chese on first layer.
- Add meat and sauce evenly on first layer
- Add layer of shredded chese
- Repeat steps 4-6.
- Cover final layer of chese with top layer of lasagna noodles.
- Add more chese on top
- Heat oven for 375.
- In 30-40 mins enjoys Marise's Lasagna.
